1. Introduction

Welcome to the privacy policy of Custom Connect International B.V. (hereinafter: “CCI”, “we” or “us”).
CCI specialises in professional customer contact services including front office (call, mail, chat)
and back-office activities. CCI is located at Balkweg 4B in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands.

This privacy policy explains the applicability of this policy and our role in the processing of
personal data.
1.3 CCI as Controller
This privacy policy applies to situations where CCI acts as a data controller. In these situations,
CCI determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. Examples include:
- Contacting customers about our services
- Communicating with job applicants
- Processing information submitted via our website
In these cases, CCI operates its own database and serves as the main point of contact for questions
about personal data processing.
1.4 CCI as Processor
1.4.1
This privacy policy does not apply where CCI acts exclusively as a data processor under Article 4 of
the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). In these cases, CCI processes personal data solely
on behalf of its customers who remain the data controllers.
1.4.2
CCI may allow access to personal data by affiliated entities operating under the same security and
confidentiality framework. A list of affiliated entities can be found in the
Affiliated Entities section.
1.4.3
CCI may also use subprocessors for certain services. In such cases, Data Processing Agreements are
established to ensure appropriate security and confidentiality measures.
2. Our Data Processing Activities
2.1
If you are a visitor to our website, a business customer, supplier, subcontractor, newsletter
subscriber or job applicant, CCI determines the purpose and means of processing your personal data
and therefore acts as the data controller.
2.2
CCI values your privacy and only processes personal data necessary to improve our services.
Below we describe the purposes, types of personal data, legal basis, and retention periods for each
processing activity.
2.2.1 Website Visitors
If you use our website, we may process personal data such as:
- First and last name
- Business email address
- Business telephone number
- Company name, job title and department
- Other information provided through contact forms

The legal basis for processing is either your consent or our legitimate interest in maintaining and
improving our website.
2.2.2 Business Customers, Suppliers and Subcontractors

The legal basis is the performance of a contract or compliance with legal obligations such as tax
requirements. Personal data may generally be retained for up to seven years.
2.2.3 Newsletter

Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, your personal data will be
removed from our mailing database.
2.2.4 Job Applicants
When applying for a position with CCI, we may collect:

- Telephone number
- Address details
- CV and motivation letter
- Availability date
- Other information you provide
Applicant data will be deleted within four weeks after the application procedure unless consent is
given to retain it for up to one year.
2.2.5 AI-Based Quality Management Tool (MYIA)
CCI provides an AI-powered quality analysis solution called MYIA which analyses call
recordings, transcripts and related data to improve quality assurance and customer experience.
- MYIA operates under the same privacy and security framework as other CCI services.
- Processing only occurs when enabled by the customer through a service agreement.
- All processing is governed by the relevant Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
3. Third Parties and International Transfers
CCI only shares personal data with third parties when required by law, contractual obligations, or
with your consent.
Personal data may be processed by partners or subprocessors within or outside the European Economic
Area (EEA). Where data is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards such as the
European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses will be implemented.
4. Websites Third Parties
This privacy policy does not apply to third-party websites linked from our website. We recommend
reviewing the privacy policies of those websites before using them.
5. Your Rights
Under Dutch and European data protection laws you have several rights regarding your personal data.
- Right to Access – You may request access to your personal data.
- Right to Rectification – You may request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to Erasure – You may request deletion of your personal data in certain situations.
- Right to Restriction – You may limit the processing of your data.

CCI takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss,
misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure.

- Encrypted internet connections
- Regular backups

7. Amendments to the Privacy Policy
CCI reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Please review this page regularly
for updates. Where changes significantly affect existing processing, we will notify you by email.
8. Clickstream Data
We may collect anonymous traffic data about website visitors such as:

- Search terms used
- Pages visited and links clicked
- Date and time of visits
- Referring website
- Browser type
This data is aggregated and cannot be used to personally identify visitors.
9. CCTV Monitoring
CCI premises are monitored by CCTV cameras for crime prevention, quality control and public safety.
This monitoring may result in the recording of personal data.
