Stijn Lathouwers, born in the Netherlands has been in the contact centre industry since 2000 and joined Custom Connect in 2018. He has worked in Netherlands, Suriname, South Africa, Colombia, Malaysia across industries such as telco, utilities, transportation, e-retail, and e-commerce. Stijn has extensive experience of outsourcing as well as leadership, strategy and finance.

Thomas Moore, born in the UK, has been in the contact centre industry since 2003. He has worked in Europe, North America, South America, Africa and Asia. He is an accomplished COPC Certified Implementation Leader and his experience includes leading and advising multilingual contact centres in industries such as banking, retail, utilities, telecommunications, e-commerce and automotive.
